How I Build React Products and Optimize Web Delivery
Shabbaton CTeen: connecting event information and registration
I worked on the React frontend for Shabbaton CTeen, a community event portal with responsive presentation, registration and information architecture. The product brought event information and the registration workflow into one web experience.
My contribution focused on the frontend. The useful outcome was a portal where visitors could access the event information and registration functionality. This is an example of my web work in which the interface serves a clear action, rather than presenting content without a product workflow.
Dashboards: making business information usable
At Shyft Digitally, I implemented Google Analytics API components and Recharts visualizations for community data. I also built parsers for Google reports that reduced manual processing work. At Summit Crew, I engineered an analytics dashboard for BoostSummit with Node.js, MySQL and MongoDB work.
My Surge Digital Marketing project adds a dashboard aggregating Google Ads and Facebook Ads performance. These contributions connected data sources with interfaces used to understand activity. The optimization included automating report processing and bringing information into a central dashboard.
RussWorld: improving how the application was released
I worked on RussWorld’s commerce and media application and architected a blue/green deployment strategy for updates without downtime. I also optimized infrastructure to support concurrent users for its music-streaming services. This contribution extended beyond the visible web interface.
The delivery outcome was an application release approach designed to maintain availability during updates. It is a concrete example of the architecture responsibility I handled: the product needed both user-facing functionality and infrastructure that supported continued operation while changes were released.
Application quality and maintainable interfaces
My Shyft Digitally work included debugging and unit tests for React components and REST APIs, custom multi-factor authentication and OAuth, and AWS CI/CD management. At Summit Crew, I refactored legacy handlers and reduced database query latency.
These changes addressed performance, security and maintainability alongside feature development. My Next.js work on RIA Catalyst and Vital Edge Fit adds full-stack product experience. Across these projects, I worked on the interface, the application behavior behind it and the release processes used to deliver updates.
