How I Connect Business Requirements to Delivered Software

Snootme: connecting communication and scheduling

At Snootme, I worked across the application and its integrations. I integrated video calling features, screen sharing, image-editing plugins and automated scheduling through calendar integration. My full-stack contribution also included AI and Nylas work. The product problem was connecting communication and productivity capabilities in a usable application.

I handled the integration work that connected these capabilities. The resulting functionality supported calls, shared screens and calendar-based scheduling in the product. This is the part of forward deployed engineering that fits my experience: working across product features and external systems to deliver a complete business workflow.

Summit Crew: turning operational needs into APIs and CRM workflows

At Summit Crew, I designed and developed APIs, models and CRM components for work including Boost Summit, Chit Fund and Little Italy BIA. I used scenario-based MVPs and spec-driven development, with delivery workflows managed through Jira and Linear. My contribution covered both the application structure and the business features built on top of it.

I also refactored legacy handlers and optimized SQL and NoSQL database operations. Those changes reduced maintenance overhead and query latency across core applications. The work connected product delivery with the less visible improvements that make an application easier to maintain and more responsive.

Email routing: automating a repetitive operational task

At Cybernef Technologies, I engineered an n8n pipeline integrated with Outlook and Supabase. I added a React dashboard that provided visibility into intelligent email routing. My work covered the automation and the interface used to understand its activity.

The outcome was an automated routing workflow with a corresponding dashboard. This illustrates how I handle operational software: I connect the task to the systems involved and provide a way for the team to see what the workflow is doing. The implemented capabilities are email routing, data integration and operational visibility.

My delivery responsibilities across engineering and product

My work begins with client requirements and clear specifications, then moves through MVP development, staging, CI/CD and production handoff. At Shyft Digitally, I led web and mobile application development across four industries and managed AWS deployment workflows. At Summit Crew, I paired feature delivery with architecture refactoring and database improvements.

These responsibilities connect my engineering work to solution architecture and product delivery. I have built the APIs, integrations and interfaces, worked on release processes, and improved the systems behind them. The outcomes I can point to include automated workflows, lower query latency, reduced maintenance overhead and repeatable deployment processes.

I’m Abaid Ullah, a Full Stack AI Software Engineer open to opportunities in this area.

I work from client requirements through technical specs, MVP development, staging, CI/CD and production handoff. My focus is translating business workflows into working software and integrating the systems a team already uses.

Skills relevant to this role

Requirements discovery, product engineering, API integration, workflow automation and deployment.

Role interests: Customer-facing product engineering, integration-heavy MVPs and workflow automation.

From customer requirements to production

I start by understanding the team’s workflows, constraints and success criteria. I translate those requirements into specs for screens, APIs, data models and integrations, then build an MVP for review. Staging, feedback, CI/CD and a clear production handoff are part of that delivery process.
