How I Solve Business Problems Through Software and AI

How I handle requirements and product delivery

I work from client requirements through specifications, MVP development, staging, CI/CD and production handoff. At Summit Crew, I used scenario-based MVPs and spec-driven development while building APIs, models and CRM components for business applications. At Shyft Digitally, I led web and mobile application development across four industries.

My responsibilities connected product delivery with implementation. I worked on the interfaces, backend services and integrations, while also improving the architecture and deployment process. This is the experience behind my interest in forward deployed engineering, solution architecture and technical product leadership.

How I remove manual work

I built an n8n workflow integrating Outlook and Supabase and added a React dashboard for email-routing visibility. I also developed parsers for Google reports that reduced manual processing and built mobile OCR functionality that extracted business-card information into application forms.

These projects addressed different tasks, but the optimization was concrete in each case: automate routing, automate report extraction or remove manual contact entry. My contribution was the application and integration work that made those capabilities available.

How I improve performance and reliability

I optimized SQL and NoSQL database operations to reduce query latency and refactored legacy handlers to reduce maintenance overhead. For RussWorld, I architected blue/green deployments for updates without downtime. I also worked on testing for React, REST APIs, Stripe webhooks and RAG retrieval pipelines.

Those improvements supported the products beyond their initial features. They addressed the cost of maintaining the application, the speed of data access and how releases were delivered. Monitoring with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry added visibility into system behavior.

How my work supports business growth

My RIA Catalyst work supported an intelligence and deal-sourcing product. BMC / PMC Capital covered CRM workflows for property pipelines and document verification. Surge Digital Marketing brought advertising performance into a dashboard, while Tactlink supported business discovery and networking.

These are the growth-related capabilities I helped build: opportunity discovery, pipeline management, marketing visibility and contact workflows. My portfolio also includes commerce, booking and mobile ordering systems. The project stories below explain what I contributed and what functionality that work delivered.

How I tackle business problems

I start with the business workflow: who uses it, where work gets stuck, what data is involved and what a useful outcome looks like. I translate that into technical requirements and specs for screens, APIs, data models and integrations.

  1. Define the outcome. Agree on the problem, users, constraints and acceptance criteria before choosing a solution.
  2. Build a focused MVP. Prioritize a usable end-to-end workflow that the client can review early.
  3. Validate in staging. Use demos, feedback and relevant tests to check whether the implementation meets the agreed requirements.
  4. Prepare production delivery. Use CI/CD, documentation and operational monitoring to support release and handoff.
  5. Optimize from evidence. Examine slow queries, application latency, failed workflows and user friction before deciding what to improve.

Lead generation, sales workflows and operational optimization

I build the software that supports business development: discovery interfaces, CRM pipelines, campaign dashboards, contact capture and appointment booking. RIA Catalyst supports deal discovery; BMC / PMC Capital supports property pipelines; Surge Digital Marketing brings advertising metrics into one dashboard; Tactlink supports business networking. Snootme and Vital Edge Fit connect scheduling or booking workflows.

My optimization experience includes SQL/NoSQL query work, legacy handler refactoring, automated email routing, deployment pipelines and monitoring with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry. These capabilities help teams investigate bottlenecks and reduce repetitive operational work.

How I work toward client satisfaction

My delivery approach emphasizes clear requirements, reviewable specs, an early MVP, staging feedback and a documented production handoff. Clients can assess progress against agreed behavior and raise changes while the product is taking shape.
